Information We Collect
We typically collect four kinds of information about you when you use our Services:
(1) Personal Data: Our definition of personal data includes any information that may be used to specifically identify or contact you, such as your name, address, email address, IP addresses, or phone number. Personal data also includes information that may be used to identify you indirectly, including by reference to an online identifier, location data, or an identification number. In certain circumstances, we may request, allow, or otherwise provide you an opportunity to submit your personal data in connection with a feature, program, promotion, or some other aspect of our Services. For instance, you may: (a) provide your name, mail/shipping address, email address, credit card number, and phone number when registering with our Services, including the use of our online store, or in connection with a contest entry; (b) provide certain demographic information about yourself (e.g., age, gender, purchase preference, usage frequency) when using our Services, participating in a survey or poll, or joining a club; or (c) post a general comment and/or recommendation on our Services. Certain information may not be personal data when standing alone (e.g., your age), but may become so when combined with other information (e.g., your age and name). Whether or not you provide this information is your choice; in many instances, however, this type of information is required to participate in the particular activity, realize a benefit we may offer, or gain access to certain content or features available through our Services.
(2) Usage Data: Our definition of usage data is any information that does not personally identify you (also referred to herein as "non-personal data") that may be automatically collected anytime you visit a Team Penske webpage or use another Service, including information such as browser type and referring websites. Usage data can include certain personal data that has been de-identified; that is, information that has been rendered anonymous. We obtain usage data about you from information that you provide us, either separately or together with your personal data. We also automatically collect certain usage data from you when you access our Services with your Equipment. This information can include, among other things, your mobile device, other applications or software that you are using, your wireless carrier, your IP addresses, the type of browser you are using (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera), the websites you were on previously, the third party website from which your visit originated, the operating system you are using (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Android, iPhone) on your Equipment, the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Verizon, Google, Cox, Comcast), the search terms you use on our Services, the specific web pages you visit, how much you use our Services, and the duration of your visits.
Does Team Penske collect personal information about me when I access this website?
No, In general, you can visit TeamPenske.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information.
Our web services collect general information about each visit-such as the domain name of the originating server and the type of browser-and aggregate or deidentify this information with similar information from other site visits to generate website logs. These logs show, for example, the number of visits within a specific time frame and the average time spent on the site, as well as the frequency particular pages are viewed. We use these web site logs to evaluate and improve our site. We also may receive from third parties customer names and certain demographic information to build our own database for, for example, providing you with promotional material regarding Team Penske and its affiliates and other lawful purposes.
What does Team Penske do with the personal information I voluntarily furnish by, for example, registering with TeamPenske.com or sending email to Team Penske?
We use this information for the purpose for which you furnish it to us or for other lawful purposes. Similarly, if you send us an inquiry via email, we use the information you provide to analyze and respond to your email. Depending on your activities when using or accessing our Services, you may be required from time-to-time to agree to additional terms and conditions. Without limitation, our Services may include any promotion, contest or sweepstakes which refers to this Privacy Policy with respect to the collection and use of your information.
If you do not express a preference in an online form, email or other communication with us, we may include you on mailing lists for our and our affiliates' products and events, if we believe you might find this information interesting or useful. If you would prefer not to be included on our lists, please advise us at the time you submit the online form, email or other communication by unchecking the box or unsubscribing to the email.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to prevent minors from voluntarily furnishing us this information. Emails sent to us, for example, will automatically include the sender's return email address. Also, a person will sometimes furnish us a home address so that we may send him or her material in response to his or her request. In these situations, we do not know whether or not the sender is a minor when deciding how to handle the information provided.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding personal information that your minor children may have provided us.
