Sam Hornish Jr. on Kansas Speedway
“Kansas Speedway has always been a favorite racetrack of mine and I have had a lot of success there in the IndyCar Series. The track is very similar to Chicagoland Speedway, which is another track where I enjoy racing. This season, it seems that shorter tracks have been our strong suit so this Mobil 1 team is focused on improving our intermediate-track program for next season. I’m happy to have AAA back on the No. 77 car for the Kansas race and I look forward to visiting with local area students and fans this weekend on their behalf.”

Crew Chief Travis Geisler on Kansas Speedway
“The 77 team is excited about showing the red, white and blue colors of AAA this weekend at Kansas Speedway. We have run well with this paint scheme before and are looking forward to another strong run. Kansas falls into the standard intermediate track layout, which is an area we are focused on improving. We have a brand new car for this weekend and we will be working hard to get a good finish and learn some important information for next season.”
