Keselowski on the Pole for The Coca-Cola 600

CONCORD, N.C. (May 26, 2011) – Brad Keselowski and the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger team qualified on the pole for Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Keselowski toured the 1.5-mile oval in 28.112 seconds, or 192.089 miles per hour. It is the second career pole for the Penske Racing driver. He also picked up the top spot at New Hampshire Motor Speedway last season.
"This car was awesome man," said Keselowski. "Awesome! Fast cars go fast and this is a team that is making a lot of progress. We made some awesome gains in the Blue Deuce. Every week we just keep picking away a little here, a little bit there. We’re starting to get more people to believe in us. We just have to keep chipping away with this Miller Lite Dodge. My guys gave me a really fast race car and we were able to put it together for a qualifying lap."
The Coca-Cola 600 will air live at 6:00 p.m. ET on the FOX network on Saturday, May 29th. Race coverage will also be broadcast live on the Performance Racing Network and Sirius Satellite Radio Channel 90.
