Keselowski Qualifies 24th for Coca-Cola 600

CONCORD, N.C. (May 24, 2012) – Brad Keselowski and the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger team qualified 24th for Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Keselowski, the pole winner for this event in 2011, toured the 1.5-mile oval in 28.591 seconds, or 188.871 miles per hour. Penske Racing teammate AJ Allmendinger qualified 11th for NASCAR’s longest race.
“We don’t have the same speed that we had last weekend, so we’re going to keep working and see if we can’t get it a little bit better with the Miller Lite Dodge,” said Keselowski. “We had a great run last weekend and just need to find something this week.”
The Coca-Cola 600 will air live at 5:30 p.m. ET on the FOX Network on Sunday evening. Race coverage will also be broadcast live on the Performance Racing Network and Sirius Satellite Radio Channel 90.
