Recap: Brad Keselowski and the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion team started from the 19th position, fought an ill-handling car all day, took a gamble of potentially running out of fuel late in the race and came home with a 12th-place finish Sunday at Dover International Speedway. Keselowski and company struggled to find speed all weekend long and, for most of the day, the No. 2 Miller Lite machine was loose on corner entry, tight in the center and loose on exit. Keselowski ran in the back-half of the top-20 through the first two-thirds of the 400-lap race. Just past the 300-lap mark, as most of the field made their last scheduled stops of the day, the No. 2 Team Penske car stayed on the racing surface hoping to catch a caution. The team led for 28 laps but the caution never materialized and the team had to pit on lap 358, resulting in Keselowsk falling a lap down. Over the closing laps, Keselowski muscled his way back up to 12th as the checkers waved. Keselowski and the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford held steady at sixth in the championship standings, trailing leader Kevin Harvick by 102 points.

Quote:  "That was a tough race. It was hot and slick out there and we just missed the set up this weekend. The team did a great job of making changes and gave me solid stops all day. We took a gamble there towards the end, doing our best to make something happen that would give us a shot at a win, but we didn't catch the break we needed. We gave it our best all weekend, we just came up short."

No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion – Joey Logano

:  5th

Laps Completed:  405/405

Points Position (behind leader):  4th (-76)

Recap:  Joey Logano and the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil team battled a tight racecar all day long to finish the FedEx 400 at Dover International Speedway in 11th place. Logano started the 400-lap event from the fifth position after Saturday's qualifying session. On the short run, Logano's Ford Fusion was loose, causing him to fall back to eighth. As the race continued under green, Logano began to lose grip on the long runs, eventually falling back to 12th. Crew chief Todd Gordon was able to make several adjustments to Logano's Fusion to try and fix the handling issue. In order to gain an advantage, the team decided to go with a fuel strategy opposite the rest of the leaders.  Logano would eventually make it to second before needing to pit. Shortly after the team's pit stop, the caution flew, trapping the No. 22 a lap down in the 17th position. Logano was able to race his way to the lucky dog position and regain his lap on the final caution.  Logano would restart in the 11th position and remain there once the checkered flag flew. As a result of the finish, the 22 team fell to fourth in the point standings, 76 markers behind the leader, Kevin Harvick.

Quote: "We just weren't quite fast enough. We just keep having the same issues and are we are trying to figure out how to get these cars faster, that is the problem right now. We just aren't fast enough. We tried to go for it there with the pit strategy and staying out and trying to get a caution. That is the only way we can win the race when we aren't fast enough and that didn't play out either. We went down a lap and got the lucky dog at the end there and ended up coming home 11th. I was hoping for another quick caution and I could have stirred it up with them and given it a shot."
