Recap:  Team Penske continued the recent run of poles as Joey Logano captured the pole for Sunday's FireKeepers Casino 400 in his No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion at Michigan International Raceway. The pole was the 16th for Logano and the 498th pole for Team Penske in its 50th year in motorsports. For Logano, the pole was his second of the year and the second for the 26 year-old at Michigan International Speedway. Logano won the pole for the Pure Michigan 400 in August, 2013 and went on to win his first race driving for team owner Roger Penske. Teammate Brad Keselowski was 22nd fastest in the first round of qualifying and finished the second round of qualifying in 15th position in his No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion. Team Penske now has five career pole positions at the Michigan International Speedway, a track owned by Roger Penske from 1973-1999.
