Recap: Ryan Blaney led the way for Ford Performance on Friday, qualifying the No. 21 SKF/Quick Lane Ford Fusion on the pole for Sunday's Can-Am 500. Blaney clocked in a lap of 26.098 seconds to capture his second career pole and his 21st top-10 start in 2017. Penske alliance teammate Joey Logano advanced through all three qualifying rounds before timing in with the ninth fastest speed with the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion and looks to defend his fall win at Phoenix International Raceway. Brad Keselowski advanced to second round of qualifying and will start the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion in the 16th position. Both Blaney and Keselowski are racing for the last spot in the Championship Four at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
