Recap:
Brad Keselowski led the way for Team Penske in qualifying for Sunday's FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway. Keselowski ran a lap of 35.439 seconds in the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion, missing the pole by .034 seconds. Joining Keselowski in the top-five will be teammate Joey Logano, who ran a lap of 35.614 seconds in the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion. Last week’s pole winner Ryan Blaney turned in a top-10 effort with the ninth fastest lap time of the afternoon in the No. 12 DEX Imaging Ford. Paul Menard will start in the 15th position Sunday driving the Menards/Jack Link Ford Fusion for the Wood Brothers.
