Recap: The best of the four Team Penske cars in ABC Supply 500 qualifying on Saturday at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, was the No. 3 Hitachi Chevrolet of Helio Castroneves. The three-time Indy 500 winner benefited from some cloud cover toward the end of the session that cooled the 2.5-mile 'Tricky Triangle' by more than 10 degrees from the start of the session. Castroneves posted the fourth-best two-lap time of the session. Will Power qualified eighth in his No. 12 Verizon Chevrolet despite battling a loose condition. Power has started inside the top 10 in all of his 2016 starts. Simon Pagenaud, the Verizon IndyCar Series points leader, behind the wheel of his No. 22 Menards Chevrolet was the fourth car to go out in the session under a sunny sky and qualified 14th. Like Power, he had to deal with a loose car. Juan Pablo Montoya made contact with the wall in practice leaving the No. 2 Penske Truck Rental Chevrolet team scrambling to get a back-up prepared for qualifying. Montoya timed in at the 15th position and will use the day's final practice session to get the car dialed in for the race. The four Team Penske drivers have logged 11 top-10 finishes in their last 12 Pocono starts including a 2014 victory by Montoya.

Coverage: Final practice is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET and can be followed on the IndyCar Radio Network, Sirius 212, XM 209 and racecontrol.indycar.com. Sunday’s ABC Supply 500 will be telecast on NBCSN with coverage beginning at 3 p.m. ET with additional coverage on the same outlets as Final Practice.
