• This Week's Charger...
The No. 12 Verizon Wireless Dodge team and driver Justin Allgaier will race chassis PRS-007 during Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series season finale event at Homestead-Miami Speedway. • Teaming Up... For the second time during the 2009 campaign, Allgaier will enter a race with a teammate in the Nationwide Series. Penske Racing development driver Parker Kligerman will pilot the No. 22 Penske Truck Rental Dodge during Saturday's 300-mile event.

Justin Allgaier on driving at Homestead-Miami Speedway
"I am really excited about this weekend's race. We have been really strong on the mile-and-a-half tracks this season and I expect more of the same this weekend. Homestead-Miami Speedway is a great track. It has progressive banking, which gives all the drivers a number of different options when racing in the corners. We are racing a car that ran really well earlier this season at Darlington [Raceway]. It is important that we finish out the season on a strong note. That will carry us through the winter months. The Verizon Wireless team has done a tremendous job this season. I am really proud of what we have accomplished as a group. We know what we have to do this weekend and I know we are up to the challenge."

Crew Chief Chad Walter on racing at Homestead-Miami Speedway
"Homestead-Miami Speedway is a very unique track. It is a true oval. The challenge, as a crew chief, is to get the car to really turn well through the center of the corners. If it will rotate in the center, you are going to have a really good car. The progressive banking is a really unique feature. It gives the drivers the opportunity to run side-by-side, which puts on a great show for the fans. It is very important that we finish the season strong. When we started this team in January, we had very little inventory. The guys have worked their tails off to build us fast race cars. We have really accomplished a lot as a group and I am excited about what is to come."
