February 20, 2010

FONTANA, Cal. (February 20, 2010) - Brad Keselowski driver of the No. 22 Discount Tire Dodge Charger, led the Penske Racing NASCAR Nationwide Series drivers with a 13th-place qualifying effort for the Stater Bros. 300. Drivers Justin Allgaier and Parker Kligerman finished in 15th and 29th place, respectively.

Keselowski was the 15th driver to make an attempt at the two-mile oval. He posted a fast-lap time of 40.762 seconds at a speed of 176.635 miles per hour.

"The Discount Tire Dodge wasn't too bad", said Keselowski. "The track surprised me a bit. I thought that there would be a touch more grip. We were just a bit tight and will probably need to loosen the car up. Overall, it was a good qualifying lap."

The Stater Bros. 300 will air live on Saturday, February 20 on the ESPN2 television network beginning at 5 p.m. ET. Race coverage will also be broadcast live on MRN Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio.
