Keselowski Leads Penske Qualifying at Kansas Speedway

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (October 5, 2013) – Brad Keselowski and the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang will start from the 13th position in this afternoon’s Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway.
Keselowski drove his Penske Ford around the 1.5 mile speedway in 29.527 seconds at 182.883 miles per hour during the Saturday afternoon qualifying session. Sam Hornish Jr. will start 15th in the No. 12 Ford Mustang.
"A solid effort by everyone on the Discount Tire Ford Mustang,” said Keselowski. “The car felt really good and I thought we'd end up a little higher on the chart, but we'll take it. We can win from there."
The Kansas Lottery 300 will air at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN. Race coverage will also be broadcast live on the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM Satellite Radio Channel 90.
