AVONDALE, Ariz. (November 9, 2013) – Brad Keselowski and the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang team qualified in the fourth position for Saturday’s ServiceMaster 200 at Phoenix International Raceway.
Keselowski wheeled his Penske Ford around the 1-mile tri-oval in 27.016 seconds at 133.254 miles per hour during the Saturday morning qualifying session. Penske Racing teammate, Sam Hornish, Jr. will start sixth in the No. 12 Alliance Truck Parts Ford and Ryan Blaney will start from the ninth position in the No. 48 AutoZone Ford.
“A solid effort by the No. 22 Discount Tire team in qualifying. We’ve been slowly making gains on our Ford Mustang this weekend. We learned a little from our Cup car, and that has me excited about our chances for the race.”
The ServiceMaster 200 will air live at 4:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2 on Saturday afternoon. Race coverage will also be broadcast live on the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM Satellite Radio Channel 90.
