Notes: Ryan Blaney led the way for Team Penske in qualifying for Saturday night's 400-lap event at Richmond Raceway, turning the fourth fastest lap time in the No. 12 Menards/Richmond Ford Fusion. Brad Keselowski, winner of the last three Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races turned in the eighth fastest lap in the No. 2 Reese/DrawTite Ford Fusion. Joey Logano narrowly missed advancing to the final round in the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion turning the 13th fastest speed. Paul Menard will start in the 21st position in the No. 21 Motorcraft/Quick Lane Ford Fusion. All qualifying times are unofficial until inspection takes place Saturday afternoon.
