Mathieu Jaminet returns to the Penske Porsche Motorsport program in 2025, driving the No. 6 Porsche 963 in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. This season he will team up with experienced racer and co-driver Matt Campbell. Jaminet will also support the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) No. 5 car alongside newcomer Julien Andlauer and Michael Christensen at select races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
After consistently solid performances in the junior formulas in Europe, Jaminet was named a Porsche Works driver in 2017. Over the next several years, Jaminet excelled while racing the 911 GT3 R, most notably in IMSA and the ADAC GT Masters Series.
In 2018, Jaminet joined forces with Porsche works driver Earl Bamber and current PPM racer Laurens Vanthoor to contest Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. For the 2019 season, the trio remained together to compete in the North American Endurance Cup (NAEC) for the IMSA races at Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta. Following a class podium finish in the 24 Hours at Daytona and his debut in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2019, Jaminet and current PPM teammate Nick Tandy teamed up to produce an Intercontinental GT Challenge victory at the nine-hour race at Kyalami in South Africa in a Porsche 911 GT3 R.
In 2021, the French-born Jaminet won the MSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTLM class at Sebring. In addition, Jaminet scored three class podium finishes in four races.

In 2022, Jaminet posted four class wins and finished second in the GTD Pro class standings racing a Porsche 911 GT3 R for Pfaff Motorsports. Jaminet competed with current PPM teammates Felipe Nasr and Matt Campbell. The Frenchman posted his first victory at the 24 Hours at Daytona before he and Campbell also secured victories at Laguna Seca, Canadian Tire Motorsports Park and at Lime Rock Park.
In 2023, Jaminet proved to be one of the best closers in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. He scored PPM's first podium at the 12 Hours of Sebring in March and then followed it up with the maiden victory of the Porsche 963 at Long Beach and runner-up finish at Laguna Seca to cap off a stretch of three consecutive podium finishes. Jaminet went on to dominate IMSA's return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as PPM scored a convincing 1-2 finish. Jaminet finished fifth in the driver's championship standings at season's end. He also competed in a third PPM entry at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Tandy and Felipe Nasr.
In 2024, Jaminet captured Team Penske’s 100th sportscar win and Porsche’s 600th IMSA vicotry at Laguna Seca, with another thrilling triumph at Road America. As a result, Jaminet secured second place in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in both the driver's and team categories, also landing third in the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup. This five-race championship encompasses key endurance events within the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship calendar, adding another prestigious achievement to his season.
He also competed in a third entry in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Nick Tandy and Felipe Nasr during his first two years with the Porsche Penske Motorsport Program.
