Kevin Estre returns to Porsche Penske Motorsport (PPM) for his second season in 2024. The Porsche works driver will drive the No. 6 Porsche 963 in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), alongside co-drivers Andre Lotterer and Laurens Vanthoor.

Estre contested his first season as a Porsche works driver in 2016. The Frenchman honed his craft as a driver in the Porsche one-make series in France and Germany. After netting two junior classification titles, he took home the Carrera Cup France trophy in 2011 – with an impressive track record: 10 wins, 10 podiums and 10 fastest race laps.

After switching to the Carrera Cup Deutschland the following year, Estre immediately scored a victory and ultimately clinched Rookie of the Year honors.

Estre broke out in 2018 and 2019, when he won the WEC title and scored a victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He also enjoyed overall victory success by winning the Spa-Francorchamps 24-hour race in 2019.

In 2021, Estre's qualifying prowess produced an impressive five pole positions in six WEC races.

Estre competed in the WEC GTE Pro class in 2022, as he produced two victories – at the 1000 Miles of Sebring and at the Six Hours of Fuji – on his way to finishing second in points.

Estre and PPM were impressive in the second round of WEC competition in 2023 as they scored a third-place finish in the Six Hours at Portimão, representing PPM's first WEC podium. At the Six Hours at Fuji, Estre and the No. 6 Porsche 963 led the majority of the race, before earning the team's second third-place result of the season.
